What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Candidates for this position should have at minimum a high school diploma/GED
Have acute attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, assess liability and implement process improvements
Be a self-starter, able to work well with minimal supervision and capable of working under pressure on multiple projects
Strong interpersonal skills to deliver quality employee experiences by using a professional and service-focused approach when interacting with employees and partners
Requires the ability to handle and maintain confidential employee information and exercise sound judgment when dealing with sensitive matters
Must have strong PC skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
Should possess an overall knowledge of company procedures and policies
Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays to support a 24/7 operation, shifts are awarded based on seniority
Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.
Some travel required
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.
